Darrell is a highly experienced litigator having impressively acted in many high stakes matters across all legal jurisdictions in Australia. For almost 20 years, Darrell has been involved in virtually every type of litigation matter, including bringing claims against multinationals, the government and other regulatory authorities.
Darrell is an accredited specialist in commercial litigation both in Queensland and New South Wales, and currently serves on the Queensland Law Society commercial litigation specialist accreditation advisory committee. He is an adjunct (part-time) lecturer in the specialist LLM (Masters of Law) programme in Commercial Litigation at the College of Law and has been since 2015.
Darrell is experienced in having dealt with many high profile matters that have been before the courts, some of which also received significant media attention.
