Please know that if you submit your cancellation request within 2 days before the webinar and/or event, the cancellation will only be processed seven days after the request being made.
1Up Communications takes no responsibility for any fees or charges that your bank or credit card issuer may apply. If your credit card issuer reverses a charge to your credit card, we may bill your account directly and seek payment by another method including a mailed statement.

Why do we collect personal information?
We collect personal information about you for the purpose of providing consultancy services. Depending on the type of matter in which we act, we can require varying levels of information. For example, in a crisis management matter we will require extensive personal information including details of the parties involved and the potentially compromising circumstances. In a marketing matter however, we may not require any of that type of information.
Where possible, we will give you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving advertising, marketing or promotional materials sent by us or our third party business parties or to unsubscribe from any newsletters that we send to our members.
What if you do not want to provide information we request?
We only ask for information that is necessary for us to properly represent you and obtain the best possible result.
If you do not provide us with requested information, we may not be able to properly represent you and the outcome in your matter may be affected.
