Cancellation Policy
Attendance at a webinar can be cancelled at any time, up to a week (7 days) out from the scheduled webinar to take place. Similarly, attendance at a paid event can be cancelled at any time, up to two weeks (14 days) before the scheduled event is to take place. All attendance cancellation requests should be directed to events@1UpCommunications.com.au. Please know that if you submit your cancellation request within 2 days before the webinar and/or event, the cancellation will only be processed seven days after the request being made.

Payments
1Up Communications takes no responsibility for any fees or charges that your bank or credit card issuer may apply. If your credit card issuer reverses a charge to your credit card, we may bill your account directly and seek payment by another method including a mailed statement.

No Legal Relationship

We collect personal information about you for the purpose of providing consultancy services. Depending on the type of matter in which we act, we can require varying levels of information. For example, in a crisis management matter we will require extensive personal information including details of the parties involved and the potentially compromising circumstances. In a marketing matter however, we may not require any of that type of information.

Unsubscribe/Opt-out
Where possible, we will give you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving advertising, marketing or promotional materials sent by us or our third party business parties or to unsubscribe from any newsletters that we send to our members.

What if you do not want to provide information we request?
